Who operates this service
BisonWork operates the BisonClean residential cleaning service. References to BisonClean, we, and us on this page describe the service and its operator. The business information shown at customer confirmation identifies the operator responsible for a specific booking.
Information we may process
This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, account and role information; property address, size, floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and building type; cleaning selections, add-ons, dates, access methods, bookings, jobs, support, and invoice information.
On-site and quality records
When applicable, the system may process checklist actions, photos, voice files, risk events, unable-to-complete events, and submission status. The required evidence depends on the task and applicable rules.
Why the information is used
Information may be used to create quotes, confirm included work, calculate available dates, arrange orders and jobs, support on-site work, review completion conditions, handle accounts and support requests, and maintain necessary business records.
Access boundaries
Different roles use different access points. Real messages, bookings, and operating data require sign-in and role-based access; public marketing pages do not display that information.
Service providers and external connections
When identity, object storage, payment, routing, transcription, or other external services are enabled, the applicable provider, purpose, and conditions should be disclosed. This page does not describe an unconfirmed connection as active.
Retention, security, and choices
Specific retention periods, deletion procedures, security measures, and applicable legal rights depend on the formally published version and operating configuration. Use the Help Center to find the appropriate path for a privacy-related request.
